About this cottage:
Updated modern cottage with wood floors, soft painted colors on the walls and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.

L-shaped sofa in the living area and nice lighting. New 40-inch flat panel TV with new DVD, Cable TV, with Roku Device with “Guest Mode” to sign into your own streaming services securely, high-speed Internet access.

Includes an updated bathroom and central air conditioning and heating. Views of both Tidal Marsh and Cape Cod Bay. Lovely corner nook to relax and enjoy the salt air. Enjoy the outdoor deck, outside shower and Adirondack chairs in sandy sitting area. Nice Weber Gas BBQ grill and picnic table too.

Cottage is located on the ocean side of the street only 40 paces to private beach. Bedrooms have a double bed in one and two twins in the second. This cottage includes a laundry (washer & dryer) in the basement where guests can store your bags, bicycles, and coolers while on vacation.
