Welcome to 101 Salt Marsh Road, where your backyard is the beach, and your hardest decision of the day will be whether to swim, sunbathe, or stare dreamily at the horizon all day.

This incredible 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home can sleep 6 people and delivers the kind of oceanfront access usually reserved for movie stars and extremely lucky seagulls. Step directly from your private deck onto the soft sands of East Sandwich Beach—no shoes, no shirt, no problem. The waves will be your soundtrack, the salty air your perfume, and your biggest stress? Remembering where you left your beach towel.

Inside, the home balances elevated coastal vibes with modern design. The spacious living room, with its wall of windows, makes sure you never lose sight of the glittering Atlantic (as if you could). Grab a coffee, a good book, and settle in—ocean views are served up fresh daily.

When you’re ready to explore beyond your sandy kingdom, you’re conveniently close to everything that makes Cape Cod magic: charming shops, seafood shacks, art galleries, and the famous Sandwich Boardwalk, perfect for sunset strolls. At 101 Salt Marsh Road, life slows down. Sea breezes take over. And worries, like your flip-flops, get happily lost somewhere in the dunes.

Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 - 250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
