"Sauna did not work. Repair man came as you were checking in and couldn’t fix sauna the reason we picked this house. Kitchen was filthy. Oven smoked and alarms went off. Payed a lot of money for cleaning fee. Should get money back for broken sauna and kitchen was not clean. Check time with tech for 2 hours took away from our family time. I would like a phone number to talk about some money refunded. Sauna was advised and we were disappointed it didn’t work."
