"We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. Everything we needed throughout our stay they had provided for us and we had zero complications whatsoever. Perfect place for a little weekend getaway for 2-4 people!"
