"This was a very nice hotel. It was easy to find. Upon checking in, the staff was very welcoming. The process was effortless. We decided to utilize the self-parking, but there was no way to know that the car belonged in the lot. They didn't ask for any details about the car. The main parking lot was monitored by security, but unfortunately, it was the only time that we saw security. They did not patrol the parking lot. The parking lot is wide open, so it was a little questionable that security wasn't around late at night. One night, there was a group of people smoking at the top of the parking garage. It was also clear that the parking garage was falling apart. There were a few parts of the ceiling that had crumbled or were covered by a piece of wood. The room was very spacious, although the bathroom could have used a little bit of detailed cleaning. There was hair on the shower curtain. The few things to improve: the parking lot, safety, and the cleanliness of the bathroom."

"The room looked just like the listing, it was very nice and spacious and great location for everything I wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. There is no onsite parking provided with the reservation, but there’s a parking lot that’s literally a 60 second walk from the property where I parked my car at, it was $40 a night which is higher then I wanted to pay but I was only there for one night. There’s other parking lots/garages available that you can choose from but I just picked the quickest/convenient option I was rushing lol. The only cons with the room was some cleanliness/maintenance issues; there was hair in the shower and the kitchen sink was dirty and had some food bits in it (the garbage disposal doesn’t turn on at all so it causes the water to kind of sit there and go down slowly, which explains the dirty sink upon my arrival) in the property’s defense I did book the room at around noon the same day as my check in so they probably had to arrange last minute housekeeping, my check in time was pushed back to 5:15pm so that could be why. I would definitely stay here again in the future, I don’t mind the city noises and it was actually really nice to people watch and listen to the musicians from my beautiful view! The price was amazing"

"Overall a good stay, hotel was decent, staff were especially nice and helpful. I appreciated the security in the parking lot. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling, helpful and nice. The cleaners and maintenance were nice as well. But the gold star goes to Rich, He took care of myself and my pregnant wife. Gave us lots of local information and helped us learn a lot about Detroit. He is the reason why I'll be coming back to the comfort for next year's festival. Would be nice if the elevator worked or the stairs were clean."
