"We stayed at the Flamingo house over Thanksgiving, so we could visit the Plimoth Patuxet Museum to see how the pilgrims did Thanksgiving. The house was cozy and clean, with a lot of rooms and beds—which was good for a family with 4 kids and a

. Jocelyn, our host, was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us ideas for things to do in the area with the kids, took care of every ask, and let us have a late exit. We would definitely come back again. "

. Outdoor fire pit area was great and perfectly private. I also loved that the property had a private beach area with lounge chairs. I used the grill and had brunch on the patio table. So nice to enjoy the water from so many parts of the property. Area is quiet and a 7 min walk to Onset Center where you can grab icecream or on some weekdays there’s an even in town. Close to plazas for other needs."

"Flamingo House was perfect for our cousin trip. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house. The property had many amenities we used, like kayaks, a hot tub, bikes, and a peddle boat. "very quiet and peaceful, amenities such as coffee, sugar, some water .One room is literally very off kilter there is about a four inch step down that one has to be very careful to forget it is there and fall, That whole room is a bit tilted, even when prone on the bed if too close to the edge it feels lie one could roll off of it. It is a nIce easy walk to the beach and there is a cute park right across from the condo bldg.I did enjoy my stay though in this Onset area."

"My 3 sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s place. It’s spacious and so conveniently located right across from beautiful Onset Beach. We had a two hour delay getting in to the house, so Carolyn graciously offered to extend our check out time by 2 hours. We loved the village of Onset and enjoyed the local restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience! "

"NO CENTRAL A/C. This is not advertised well. The home has window AC units in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. You can’t open the window in the 3rd room for air/breeze because it has no screen. Third AC unit is in the kitchen. No AC in downstairs area. The home is located in a nice area with lots of space. The kids loved the arcade games. It’s been updated with new kitchen appliances, furniture and paint. It’s an older home with lots of undesirable features. Good place if the price is lowered to match."
