Room was clean had a refrigerator but and coffee maker but no microwave. Staff was great when we checked in but we called the office the next morning wanting to stay another night and were told that they were all booked up but when we drove by there 6 hours later the sign said Vacancy.

I was a bit disappointed. The floors were not clean & the sliding door was not clean. The pool view? Well since the pool was closed and our room was on the other side of the fence. Not too pretty. The hot tub didn't look inviting. The Breakfast wasn't very exciting. Sorry to say not our go to place next time we are in the area it will be someplace else.

6/10 Okay

It's an older property, but it was in a good location for what we needed. It has an overpowering scent of disinfectant spray or something that's hard to get used to. It was a bummer that we couldn't get early access to the pool since we were there before our room was ready.

We need realistic expectations, yes this is a dated hotel. That being said, staff was extremely warm and friendly, the beds were comfy, the pillows were squishy, the room was spotless, no weird smells, can open door and let the fresh breeze blow in, shower pressure is great, and the hotel was quiet both nights I stayed on a weekend. It’s a safe place to stay and the room price is fantastic. Worth the couple bucks extra for the pool view upgrade. My new go to hotel in East Wenatchee.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent time at the SureStay Hotel at Wenatchee. Clean room, clean sheets, bathroom is clean, wifi is great and there is a table and chair for working. Across the mall for shopping and some restaurants around. Will definitely stay again.
