"Room was not clean "

"Everything was honestly great except the beds and pillows. Pillows were tiny and annoying to use. Bed was extremely uncomfortable."

"Upon arrival the hotel failed to clean my room thoroughly. They spread the bed and that’s it. I found stains & holes on my sheets, hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. Then stained towels and spots on the large and makeup mirror. I went downstairs and informed the front desk (after calling repeatedly and no answer) of the sheet stains, and they said new sheets would brought up. When I asked if they’ll spread the bed the guest services person looked at me odd, gave me attitude and confirmed sheets will be brought up. We were tasked with re-spreading our own bed. Then as the night went on we noticed the stains on the bathroom towels and that there was only 1 set of all towel supplies… so we needed to make another front desk request. Which again they failed to answer the phone, so I went down late at night to request this. They prioritized my room cleaning the next day and it was like night and day after. I informed the manager of this inconvenience and she informed me that she’ll raise it to the GM. I’m still waiting to hear back. I also reached out to Hotels.com and because the hotel was unresponsive they were unable to do much on their side. I’m so disappointed that this was a 4 star + experience because never have I been forced to stay in a dirty room, much less get my front desk calls ignored and tasked with spreading my own bed when at a hotel and to top it off be given attitude when’s I raise the issue to staff members."

"Nice place, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds, slept like a baby!"

"The breakfast was rwally good. Tons of options for a continental style. The ac was good once i figured it out. The room was vwry clean and terribly cute. Thw wholw hotel was vwry well decorated and tons of little amenities everywhere. Like the free bike rentals, the little dog treats, lollipops for kids, a little community room with vending machines for snacla, books, games and tables to relax at. All in all would highly recommend thia place. And we qill definitely be back"

"Value room with amenities such as clean rooms, cold air, ice machine, laundry is right across the street. Parking is always available. Room has no bugs and I’ve been here a little over a week and i believe at this point I would definitely know. lol. This room offers amenities like clean rooms, cold air, an ice machine, and laundry facilities, all conveniently located right across the street. Parking is always available. I’ve been here for a little over a week now, and I can confidently say that there are no bugs in this room. Haha! "
