"Super clean and in a great location. Staff were lovely. The spa bath was great and i loved how clean the room was. The housekeeping staff seemed really friendly- they always said hello with a smile when walking past, which was nice. The little chocolates on my bed were surprisingly amazing- so, good choice. As I was in a suite, the spa in the room, seemed better than the Jacuzzi in the facilities are, so I decided to utilize the room more. Gym was small but good! The only thing I’d comment on is that I couldn’t find a switch to change the thermostat in the room. As I got a bit cold I had to use the quilt from the bed next to me to keep me warm. I’m actually glad I had a room with two beds in it for that reason! The front office team were nice but didn’t look up/acknowledge/say hi whenever i was coming in, going out or walking past. Was just noticeably different from the lovely housekeeping staff. Overall a nice stay and loved the room."

"The location near the Southern Cross Station and the trams was perfect. Very handy. We had a great room, quiet roomy and well appointed. And cost was reasonable and I will be recommending this Hotel to all my friends."
