Top Eastern Massachusetts Hotel Reviews
Seaport Hotel Boston
10/10 Excellent
"Room service would be useful and a better stocked convenience store within the hotel is needed."
The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta
8/10 Good
"The breakfast was prepackaged danishes, muffins, apples, coffee, and juice. The serving bowls were small so we at times had to wait for it to be refilled. Breakfast is promptly cleared at 9a so dont be late if you want a refresh on coffee. Was walkable to the subway and freedom trail amongst other sites of interest. Loved the view on the street side."
The Revolution Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A great value! The shared bathroom thing is only a minor inconvenience. It's essentially a room that has 6-ish doors, each with their own toilet and shower, so it's very private. Be aware that they don't straighten your room everyday either. Overall, for what we spent, it was worth giving up these little things."
citizenM Boston Back Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great stay, rooms are small but very charming and comfortable. Love the huge windows and views. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great location, with the T right outside the hotel. Perfect for College visits."
Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
10/10 Excellent
"Overall the hotel was great. The location is ideal for exploring Boston. The staff were all polite and helpful. The room we had was clean, but it could use some new carpet as it looked old and there were some stains. The bathroom is small but functional. I would have appreciated more hooks or shelves. The counter does extend from the sink all the way to above the toilet. But I would not place any personal items on a counter right above the toilet, especially with the toilet not having a lid. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress topper. The pillows however were awful and had absolutely no support. I would scrunch up the pillow under my head, but still my head ended up in the middle of the pillow with all the filling pushed to the sides of my head and my head basically on the bed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would try to request different pillows."
Doubletree By Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea
8/10 Good
"-Some staff members were amazing (the Assistant General Manager who moved us to a more quiet room at night, the lovely breakfast and bar employees, the nice airport shuttle driver, the nice employee who brought us the infant crib) and some employees were not great (the front desk ladies who communicated very poorly about the airport shuttle pickup time, which turned out to be 40 minutes, not 15 minutes; and another curt front desk male employee who was abrasive for no reason). -The hotel room was perfectly decent and very clean; but only because it's old, the carpet felt a bit dirty, like it should be replaced throughout the hotel rooms. -The WiFi works perfectly. -The airport shuttle pickup takes way longer than the front desk tells you (the flight crew in the airport shuttle told me that "they always say 15 minutes" but "it's always longer.""

Hilton Boston Park Plaza

"Located in a great part of downtown Boston, it’s incredibly clean and the rooms are nice. I really like the common areas, and the gym was great for a full body workout."
