"This was a great vacation getaway. The cabin has all the comforts of home in the middle of nowhere (or the middle of everywhere, depending on how you look at it). This is a great base for exploring the John Day country and is very close to the Sheep Rock unit of the Fossil Beds National Monument. "

"The property was very clean, thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. The views were amazing of the mountains, nearby livestock and deer that grazed in the fields in the early morning. We will definitely be booking this property again!"
