"Very nice property. We had a very nice room with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Quite beautiful. Stayed here to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown so it was fairly convenient. Everything is in excellent shape with many new upgrades it seems. Only drawback was no close dining without driving 15 minutes into town. I do recommend this motel though. "

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back after he said he'd let me know. I ended up just finding a hotel instead. I also didnt get check in info till 5pm when I reached out even though check in is at 3. I did get a check in msg immediately after I asked for check in info but wasting time waiting for a msg turned into 2 hours late before I knew it. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking."
