"They are really making an effort to cater to folks wanting a quiet space to relax and enjoy the region. It is a working farm, but the fresh food in the morning is a joy. They also do a set dinner if there are enough guests and it some good honest cooking from the staff and the menu varies daily. "Beautiful hotel, clean with amazing views of the country side and nice poolside. Highly recommend adding on breakfast - high quality buffet with countless choices and barista making coffee drink of your choice. Note that the pool is not heated therefore could not swim beginning of June. Gym is scarcely equipped, would not count on using it. "I always have a hard time finding a hotel when traveling since I don’t know the area. Etna Suites was a perfect choice! We arrived late from Washington DC, after their hours, they sent complete directions on how to access the hotel. The room was quite roomy along with a large private bathroom. The a/c was strong! I didn’t have much interaction with the front desk, we didn’t need to. But they are there if you need anything. This was a great area for walking to shop/eat/explore. Their breakfast was quite good. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Thank you!!!"

"This past visit July 2025 will mark our third consecutive summer stay at this gem of a hotel. We continue to enjoy the spacious accommodations and friendly staff. Like a sightly faded beauty, this 50 something year old hotel certainly can use an update , and we have been advised that is in progress. However you cannot beat the spaciousness and slightly faded grandeur of this beautiful property. The hotel is situated on what I believe to be one the ‘most’ gorgeous and picturesque of the entire Taormina area. The private grotto beach and pool areas are spectacular as is the view of Mount Etna from the buffet breakfast terrace. "
