"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "

"Flexibel met inchecken, ik had twaalf uur aangegeven, maar was ruim een half uur te laat ivm trein vertraging en verdwalen. "We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel - the children especially loved it. The service was excellent throughout, and there were so many lovely Polish touches. The location was perfect for us too: close to everything, but away from the madness of Krupówki. The spa was brilliant. The pool never felt too busy, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the sauna area was amazing - three different saunas plus a steam room, with the whole space feeling incredibly calm and relaxing. A really lovely hotel and a great place to come back to after a busy day in the mountain. We’d definitely stay again."
