Relaxing getaway
The cottage was cozy and clean. Though the weather was pretty terrible during my stay, I enjoyed looking out at the water while holed up in the cottage. It was a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the Cape Cod National Seashore, which was very convenient.

Nice Cape Cod Cottage feel
Top Deck had a pretty view. It had everything you need. It was a good location on the Cape to explore Chatham and Wellfleet. There was street noise from traffic, especially early in the a.m.

November girls’ weekend
My college bestie and I stayed here for a quick fall girls’ weekend on the Cape. Great location as a jumping off point for our explorations. The condo was clean and quiet, and communication with management/host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

A summer get a way
I enjoyed my stay as the location was ideal on the Cove in Eastham. The cottage was clean, air conditioned and well equipped. The location was ideal for getting to trails at the National Seashore. I hope to rent again.

Del Mar responded within 14 minutes
when we arrived we couldn't find the security lock, but with the help of the DelMar rep, after 3 try's we finally found the security lock. The electric stove really needed to be replaced and we needed to wait a day until we were able to get a umbrella for the patio table on the deck. within this era of technology it would have been nice if we had a smart TV to access our netflix and Hulu. Other than all this, we had a fine stay. The area was very pictureresk. It would have been very nice if a local beach pass came with the rental. I don't mean to sound critical only suggested critiques. Thank you for the experience. AEW

Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with fabulous view of the water
Spacious and comfortable decorated with exquisite choices of vintage furniture. Beautiful sitting areas all around facing the water! Fenced in area for my dog! Will plan on coming back next year if I can!😍

Charming cottage apartment
The “Top Deck” unit was just the right size for the 2 of us and had a charming cottage decor. Being in Eastham, it is centrally located for exploring the Cape in all directions. It has a deck overlooking the pond which we took advantage of in the evenings as well as the Adirondack chairs on the lawn. There was a very clean gas grill on the deck which we used to cook a couple of dinners. There are extra quilts for the cool nights if you don’t want to run the heater. I had a couple of questions when we first arrived and received quick responses. I would rent there again.

Cute cottage great service
The cottage was cute and tidy, and well situated on the Town Cove and a minute from the rotary. There are multiple buildings on the property but we weren’t aware of other tenants other than in our comings and goings. We enjoyed coffee on the deck looking over the water, and inside at the high top in front of the window when it was cold. Management staff was incredibly responsive, tracking down an item we left behind and shipping it to us (for free!). We will definitely stay again!

Quick getaway
Beautiful surroundings! Very accurate description of the house. A bit uncomfortable that you could hear neighbors next door, lots of spiderwebs and ants eating my doggie’s food. Despite that, very appropriate for a couple. Great location.

I had a fire alarm go off on a Saturday around 11pm. There was someone there to fix it in about 10 minutes! An agent checked in with me on Monday to make sure everything was o-kay. Great response. Thank you.

Cozy waterside cottage
We had a wonderful visit. The property is beautiful and the cottage itself is very cute. It was very clean. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets if needed. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for a couple. Our only wish was for more comfortable seating in the living room. What is there now is not comfortable. But….all that aside, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the area. There is plenty to keep you busy in the area and lots of food options to choose from. We would highly recommend Del Mar Properties. Their communication with us was very professional and prompt.

INACCURATE ON LINE LISTING
Property was adjoined to another property - porches were practically adjoined. There was no privacy and listing said there was. When inside the listing the walls were very thin and we were able to hear the couple next door talking. There was a connecting door where the neighbors 2 dogs barked for 2 hrs , as the neighbors had left. This door was not soundproofed - not even like a hotel door. It was very intolerable to even be in the cottage. We contacted the property manager who was readily available and helpful. Two people in the property manager office also heard the dogs barking. Another rental was found nearby. We had to move in the middle of the day - which was an ordeal. We were very disappointed that the listing was not at all as presented.

An idyllic vacation on the Cove
This property was situated on the Cove in Eastham, Cape Cod. It had everything you needed plus usage of kayaks. The air conditioning was a bonus and the view fabulous!

Simple Additions
The following would have improved our experience: plug for bathtub, larger skillet with matching lid, wisk, plastic spatula, full set of measuring cups. Bring the notebook up to date and make consistent. Recycle the rusted loaf pan and replace cracked blue glasses. Use recycled paper products and compact flourescents thruout units. Provide recycling container in unit with list of what MA recycles to encourage compliance. The location was very convenient and would have been better if not so close to a major highway. The yard was nice for our dog. Appreciated Missy's handling of the open exterior bedroom door and assume it will be fixed. Thank you

Clean comfortable cottage
Enjoyed our stay at this cottage on the cape. Great views and all the necessary requirements. Location made it easy to get to most places on Cape Cod with a little driving. Other than needing a little updating and the difficulty getting in and out of the property due to the highway traffic, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again in the future.

Cozy
We were here for a long weekend with big plans for outdoor activities... instead we had a monsoon. In spite of this we felt cozy and comfortable in the immaculate Top Deck quarters. Still had a view of the cove. Next time we hope for better weather so we can go kayaking!

Cozy place, with great morning views of the cove. Convenient location being near Orleans for shopping and food; along with not being far from Providencetown or the other cape communities and beaches to visit for day trips.

I was on a personal retreat so this was perfect for me...I have special dietary needs so brought my own kitchen wares....there were only 2 kitchen table chairs so if more than 2 people stay here, that could be problematic if you all want to sit at the table together...and for 2 nights there was a family with a toddler and dog which I could hear quite distinctly through the walls...fortunately they went to be early so it didn't disturbe my sleep...all in all, I'd stay here again...lovely and quaint...

Great location on the cove
Stayed in Top Deck (421), great location. The Cove is beautiful though more for boats and the like than swimming as quite shallow at low tide (a few inches of water maybe). The place had all we need it in a comfortable bed, ample living space, good size fridge and fine small stove, micro, tea kettle and coffee maker for the week. Grill was quite handy as well. Kitchen utensils leave a bit to be desired. Overall the property is great, use the free kayaks, canoes, etc. Great location near Orleans while still not far from Wellfleet. Would stay again.

As a native Cape Codder I give this 5 STARS
I was raised and grew up in Orleans so I know Cape Cod very well. This property is an absolute stunner! Being on the Orleans Cove is fantastic! Beautiful yard too - each unit has an individual terrace with a grill. This unit gets a lot of light, very cozy - you'll feel right at home. Great location! Close to Orleans center and Fort Hill hike - the property management is EXTREMELY efficient, timely and super responsive. Seriously - look no further than this property.

This property could use a bit of an update. The views were nice but the interior of the unit could use some work. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable my husband had to bring in a deck chair to sit on. The advertisement said the bedroom had a queen size bed but it was a double. Finding the property was a bit of a hassle; went by it twice before finding it. Could use better signage. All in all it was okay but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Top Deck
We loved our stay at Anchorage on the Cove. Top deck far exceeded our expectations. Our rooms were homey and comfortable and clean . We had breakfast as well as afternoons on the deck overlooking the salt pond and feeling extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful place. We will definitely be going again

Old cape cod charm, comfortable; convenient to National Seashore
This is a nice, comfortable cottage in a small group of cottages. Amazingly quiet, considering all the families and pets we know were around, but did not hear any obnoxious noise. Plenty of parking. Very close to many things you might want to do on the cape, such as beaches and biking (which is what we do). Many restaurants and shops nearby. Pet friendly! A big plus for us and our 2 dogs. Plenty of lawn space to walk, and even a mini dog-park (fenced) for play time. If you are into it, you can fish, canoe or kayak in the cove right outside your door, but no swimming. Picturesque, comfortable, and clean. A nice plus-they provide sheets, pillows, and 1 set of towels. No beach towels. Bring another set of towels if stay longer than 3 days as there is no housekeeping or laundry service. Another plus-they have trash disposal (something missing from other rentals-really, who wants to bring home own trash? Do you have room in your car for that at the end of your vacation??) They could use some more barrels, though. Unclear if recycling is done or encouraged, as barrel labels difficult to decipher. We did our best with this.
