"Very inexpensive and manager was friendly. Although my room had a slight smoke smell and no shower soap was available I'd stay there again because the room was available at the last minute for a bargain price. "
"Reggie helped us get a similar room to the one we had last time since we liked it on our last visit, so shout out to Reggie! The room and hotel were quite good as usual."

"From check in to check out everything was great. This is a newer property in a really great location. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. We just stayed oned night before heading out on a vacation from Tijuana airport but it was clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and there is a divider between the two queen beds which I appreciated since we were traveling with our daughter and her husband (it gave us just a little extra privacy that we wouldn't have in a typical room with two queen beds). We will definitely stay here again if the need arises."
Enjoy San Diego! Less than 5-min drive to Sesame Place and NICU Amphitheater!

"Michelle was really nice and she was very flexible with us with some special request. Beautiful, clean house. She made us feel welcome wirh all details. The welcome Sign, flowers, coloring books for my grandson, fruit, etc. Good neighborhood, close to places we wanted to visit. "
Modern Studio w King Bed, Full Kitchen, Gated Yard
8/10 Good
"Perfect stay for my partner and I. There's just enough room for 2 people, unless you have small children you don't mind sharing the King bed with. The arrival was a little confusing. We were told it was the door with the tree, however the tree was next to the main house door. The side patio, albeit private, was completely unusable. The chairs were covered in black windows, and their egg sacks, and theres no light out there once the sun set. Once inside the unit, we've noticed footprints on the ceiling. I was so confused how that came about... Until we cooked dinner. We vented the front door and in a span of 5 minutes, we had over 100 mosquitoes now sharing the space with us. The footprints on the ceiling now made sense. I'm assuming the previous guests had the same experience and used shoes to kill the bugs. I used a napkin. Again, they came from outside. These bugs weren't inside until we vented the door. There were random strands of long hair all over the unit, both my partner and I have a shaved head, so it was very off-putting seeing hair from a previous guest. It didn't affect our stay at all, a little cleaning beforehand and everything was fine. All in all, it was a great stay, minus the unusable patio area and the ambush of mosquitoes at night. I would definitely stay here again! Ample parking and a quiet neighborhood made for a great stay. "
"My partner and I had a lovely time! Cyndi was very welcoming, and provided clear instructions via email and text well ahead of time. There were a lot of thoughtful touches - separate towels for the beach/hot tub and showering, little toiletry bags in case you had forgotten something, sparkling cider and cake pops from a local bakery when we checked in, etc. The space itself feels large and bright, and the backyard is lovely. It is a bit of a walk from food/activities, as it's in a residential area, but we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, and things are easy to get to if you have a car. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity comes up! "
