"Doors were so loud in the 4th floor a family next to us was crowded in a room and came and went all night - couldn’t sleep at all. Coffee wasn’t available at the desk in the morning. No turndown service."

"The room was very comfortable. We checked in late and our toilet was broken. Someone came up immediately and realized it wasn't going to be fixed and quickly got us into a different room. We appreciated the quick response of the staff. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. All staff very helpful and welcoming."

"I was on the second floor - three day stay with a lot of stuff. the one elevator was broken the whole stay. I was not warned at check in that elevator was broken. Tub drained very poorly which staff fixed promptly. The two bedside tables had lamps with way too dim bulbs; I had trouble reading in bed."

"Ants in bathroom. Very limited breakfast. Nice lobby. Property needs an external refresh especially given high rates charged during summer and school events."

"While industrial looking on the outside, the hotel was very nice. Well appointed and updated. I am a fan of The Tapestry Collection of hotels in the Hilton portfolio of this is what is standard for the line. The room was spacious and the digital environmental control panel was a very nice touch. But the best part was the sparkling water dispenser on each floor facing the elevator."

"The property is old and run down. For example they had three elevators and two of them didn’t work. The room was pretty clean but the rest of the property was pretty old and not that clean."

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. Never woke up in time for breakfast so I can't rate that lol I chose this hotel mainly for the pool. It's heated but definitely not as warm as it was last year when I visited. And the hot tub was actually unbearably hot. Definitely would return though, that's not enough to keep me away"
