Nice room views. Good sized rooms. Inconsistent staff in the Lounge people entry based on clothes, and let others with similar clothes in. Very poor service. Buffet breakfast was very good. Location was good.

Amazing stay at Capella Bangkok. Room and hotel just perfect. Staff super attentive. No detail was too small. Fantastic included breakfast. Free river boat service. Can’t wait to come back again. Wish we weren’t leaving 😢

I cannot recommend The Siam highly enough. Such an outstanding property! The inside is simply stunning. So much to see everywhere you look. But also backed up by a seriously great staff. Seamlessly working in the background, everything just gets delivered exactly as it should. Even the food is outstanding. Absolutely will visit again.
