Our stay was fabulous. The house met all of our needs and Carly and Stuart were super to work with, very informative and responsive to all our questions. The was a great place for our family Thanksgiving.

Great property on Lake Sinclair! It's out of the way, but the kitchen is well appointed so we cooked all our meals there. The owners were very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the dock is great! Will definitely stay again!

This is our second time renting this house and everything was perfect as usual. We will most definitely be back again. Carly was easy to reach for any questions we had. We were given extra check out time due to bad weather. Thank again for a wonderful stay.

This is an older house but is updated and cute and cozy. It had everything we needed or wanted. We loved the back porch and spent hours sitting outside talking.

Family Lake Vacation

We come to Lake Sinclair every year and we've stayed in several houses around the lake and this house was by far our favorite. We enjoyed the large back porch and the location of the house. The house was large and spread out and we just hung around and enjoyed it.

Heaven away from home.

Me and my sisters have been having girls trips for years and this is the best house we have rented so far. Everything we needed was in the house. We will be renting again very soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Our annual family Lake weekend

Great time! Kitchen cabinets marked. Large pantry. Extra niceties in bathroom and welcome gift. Relaxing family friendly covered deck. Large dock.Missed that the hot tub was not available during summer-bummer. Would have used in the evenings. Step onto deck from house has sharp corners. Just be mindful. My family asked if we could rent again and we go someplace different every year.

We had the absolute best stay at Carly’s lake house! We had three families staying together (10 people total), and the layout was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space, and we never felt like we were on top of each other.We also had other families staying at different houses around the lake, and our house quickly became the favorite gathering spot. The yard was great for a rainy-day kickball game, and the cove location was amazing. There was very little boat traffic, so our boats stayed protected from rough waves. We stayed on the main channel last year, and our boat got absolutely battered, so this was a huge plus!The private boat ramp on the property was a total game changer. Having that convenience made launching and loading so much easier.We had one very minor issue with the porch fans not working, but Carly was incredibly responsive and helpful. She even offered to FaceTime us to troubleshoot the problem. You really couldn't ask for a better host.The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and even Walmart delivery came in clutch during our stay!If I had one suggestion, it would be adding a commercial ice maker in the garage. With the guys fishing every day, we went through a ton of ice and ended up paying about 7 a bag. Having an ice maker would be the cherry on top of an already amazing property.We're already looking at dates to book our next trip here. I truly can't say enough good things about this house—it was absolutely perfect!
