Our beautiful lakefront retreat is the ideal destination for your next family vacation or reunion! This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a theater room with surround sound. The recreation room boasts Shuffle Board, Golden Tee Video Golf, yoga mats, and even some light weights. Outdoors, you'll find a variety of activities to enjoy, including fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!)

Perfect long weekend

Terrific long weekend celebrating our mom’s 85th. Spectacular lake home.. plenty of space, well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. Couldn’t have found a better location on the lake.,. Thanks for share your home!

Beyond Our Expectations

The pictures do not do the lakeview justice. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated and planned for families and large groups. The kitchen with its huge island made meal prep so easy, plenty of dining seating, big comfy TV areas. Five couples and three grandchildren and we did not feel like we were crowding each other. Two porches and plenty of room to stretch out and relax or play games, eat, whatever. Four bathrooms were a blessing! I hope we can come back some day and do it again. We all felt it was worth the six hour drive. We made a great family memory and this home definitely played a part.

Great views for a great time.

Had a great time with family that came in from various states. Very beautiful house and lots of room to share. The adults were able to play noisy card games and watch football downstairs while little ones could sleep upstairs. Cooked most of our meals there and hosts have a great variety of cooking utensils (just check in the cupboards under the kitchen countertop with seats; and the cupboards behind the table). We were able to make s'mores at the firepit which is down by the lake. Great evening with fire (just make sure that you have enough wood)! I really liked that the yard gradually slopes to the lake and there is a fence around a good sized backyard so young ones won't get to the lake without an adult. The beds were comfortable. The main floor lakeside bedroom (not the master bedroom), was a bit cold when the temperature dropped into the 30's. Our granddaughter didn't want to leave "the lake house" when it was time to go. Definitely was a good time had by all. Hosts were readily accessible and responded quickly. Thank you for letting us enjoy your "lake" house.

We have been going to Lake Sinclair for 12 years now. We have rented condos and houses. This house has been our favorite. It is set up perfectly with the 2 floors. We have teenagers and they had their on floor with a shuffleboard game and movie theater. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything looked brand new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental. We will be booking this again for next summer!

Lovely home for a family reunion!

My family and I spent almost a week at this lovely lake house this spring. While we were a little early for all the fun lake activities (temps ranged from 50s-80s) we took advantage of every part of the spacious home as best we could. Many hours spent lounging in the very comfortable living room while cooking dinner as a family, with all the kids running around the deck and large living spaces. We really appreciated the small details like the baby gate to the downstairs, the numerous kayaks (even one for the kids!) and the many games in the downstairs. Bill was a great communicator throughout the process. We hope to return some day in the future - maybe later in the season, that lake felt pretty cold in March!!

Lake house retreat

This Lake house is very nice and has plenty of room. Communication with the owner/property manager was very easy and they made sure that everything was perfect for us. Would love to come back in the summer months to fully enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. This is an excellent property and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, fishing off the dock and just hanging out enjoying the views.

Christmas is better at the lake!

I had a magical Christmas stay at this lakefront house with my family. The owners' attention to detail in stocking the home made our experience truly special. The kids were kept entertained with a plethora of activities (games, fishing, plenty of room to run) and the spacious layout provided perfect areas for both group gatherings and quiet retreats. The large dining table inside and the patio offered ideal spots for family bonding. Overall, a delightful getaway! We are so grateful!

Best vacation ever

The house was beautiful on the inside. There was plenty of room for a large family. Our family loved spending many hours out on the dock and riding the kayaks. The water in the lake was good also.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. We were a family of 14. Plenty of beds for everyone. We brought our boat. The dock was very nice. Everybody enjoyed the kayaks.

A WEEK IN PARADISE

As we walked into this lake house, we were amazed at the beautiful view of the lake from the main floor! My family was more than thrilled. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the welcoming kitchen, and we prepared many meals! There was more than enough room for all 14 of us! All of the beds were comfortable and each couple enjoyed their own space! The kids loved their own room, especially the bunk bed! We enjoyed boating and tubing and making many wonderful memories with our kids and grandkids! Our hosts were wonderful and very attentive to any questions we had! We hope to make their beautiful home a yearly destination for our family! Don’t hesitate! Book this home for your family! You will be happy you did!

Amazing 4th of July!

What an incredible property! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July here. The house was perfect. Big enough for us all to have our own space, beautiful lookout and view of the lake from the porch, flat, grassy lawn between the house and the lake where we played corn hole. It was great- definitely coming back!
