Tranquil lake GET-A-WAY

This house is a gem, with 3 bedrooms, two baths, an upstairs and down stairs screened in porch, I love to get up early and just sit outside with a cup of coffee, listen to the birds sing, squirrels jumping from tree to tree. while fish are jumping in the lake. very peaceful, quiet, and at the end of a cove, which means no boat traffic
A great vacation for your family and friends, your children will be talking about this vacation for years. One king size bed, a queen size bed, Two sets of bunk beds with trundle Murphy bed downstairs, also day bed on top screened in porch, which also has trundle bed, sleeps 10 easy.

Easy walk to the end of the private dock, fish or swim right off the dock, a great view of the lake. Double boat house, plenty of room to put your water toys. You can launch your boat right in the cove. Outside wood pit overlooking lake.

Just a short 7 mile ride to Crooked Creek marina, with a brand new restaurant, called Grill, where you can sit and enjoy your food, while overlooking the lake. A lot of restaurants and stores in Milledgeville. AMC theater also located in the mall. There is a super Walmart in both Eatonton and Milledgeville. Kroger and ALDI are nearby. Eatonton has a Ingles and Piggly Wiggly. There are several golf courses located nearby along with pickle ball courts.

The city of Eatonton is 15 miles from the house, 22 miles to Milledgeville, 20 miles to Greensboro, 32 miles to Madison, all historical sites. Forgot something and don’t want to drive. Instacart will deliver to you.

If you forgot something we now have a Dollar General store, 7 miles from the house.So pack up your family and friends, come on over to see Lake Sinclair.

Great place on a peaceful cove

We definitely enjoyed our week and Peggy was very responsive before and during our stay. Great place to relax and fish and we enjoyed the paddle boards.

Home away from Home!!!!!

This place was wonderful!!! Loved the fact that it was in a cove so you didn't have muck boat traffic. The house is beautiful especially the huge screened in porch, we stayed out there a lot when we were not in the water. Would defiantly recommend this place and can not wait to come back again!!!

Beautifully relaxing.

Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful place to relax. We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful lake house! The view was great, and we loved the screened porches. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.

Nice home. Very clean and everything needed. The dock was great and the lake perfect! Not a criticism, but if you are bringing a little bigger boat, plan on taking it a couple miles down the road to the marina to launch and load it. There is a ramp, but very shallow. Would definitely stay there again!

Summer break

We enjoyed our stay. The house is big and is exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved sitting at the swing on the porch. It was fun watching the deer family coming in the evenings. The surroundings are beautiful. Not too far from town. We even swam in the lake.

Nice stay

The house was as advertised. The screened porches were so nice to have. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook with. Most the dishes were still dirty and needed to be washed before our use though. The king room was comfortable. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable. We showed up after the hurricane and they cleaned the yard up nice. Besides some dog poop from previous quests. The boat house was great And the dock was nice for the kids to jump off. They loved it!

Just what we were looking for

House was great, lake was beautiful and my family had a great time. House was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy if weather didn’t allow outside activities. I have no complaints at all. It is noteworthy that you may have no service at the property which we did not, so get in g the code upon arrival was a bit of a struggle, but just a minor deal as the four days we had were just relaxing and wonderful! We have definitely considered booking again! Jacob

My family and a few of our friends stayed here Memorial Day weekend and it was everything we needed and more. Our friends of 20+ years have been getting together every summer for the major Holidays, but the house we always stayed in was sold last year, and this house was perfect to accommodate us. It Is tucked in a cove which made it easy swimming for the kids. The fishing was also good right off of the dock. There is a little walk to the water from the house but it was manageable. Also there is WiFi provided so that was nice but there was not hardly any cell service. I didn’t mind that one bit though, it was nice to unplug for the weekend. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this property and I hope to be able to book again soon! P.S. Mrs. Peggy was very attentive and answered all of the questions that I had!

Lake house fun

Lake house was very spacious and very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the warm weather on the dock most days-water was too cool to get in. Wish we could have enjoyed the porches more but lots of pollen due to spring time.
