There are shops, restaurants, and stores next to the hotel and more a short walk away. I return to this hotel everytime I'm in the area for all the reasons stated above. "I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is older but it is very clean, bed was comfortable and loved that it was affordable. It is an hour drive to some famous hikes in mount rainier and the town has great restraunts and a grocery store which makes it very nice. The closer you get to Rainier the higher the prices are and less options for food and no grocery store."
