We had to pay for a deposit for $100.00 dollars and we'll be going to get it back tomorrow morning. It's not right that we had to pay for a deposit. The person that checked us in stated that he knew us from a different hotel that's why we had to pay for a deposit. See I took Hotel and Restaurant Management and it states that if you had rented at the same hotel they can make you a deposit up to $50.00 dollars not $100.00.

Restroom was not clean, shower heads were installed too low (I am 6 ft. for reference) so I had to bend down frequently to wash myself. The room in general was not pleasant and looked dirty with stains on the couches. Would not recommend this property.

We absolutely love the place. Just that the room we had, the hot water didn't get very hot in the shower and when we turned the heat on it smelled like fish. We will stay again though.

The people upstairs walked and jumped around literally all night long. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bath room needed updating but was adequate

Got harrassed by a 'regular' right when I parked and got out my vehicle. The room was ice cold and took a couple hours to warm up which was annoying. If you market yourself as having breakfast and you don't have breakfast, I don't return.

This is my third time staying at Amerivu Inn and Suites being a healthcare traveler in Eau Claire. I like the simplicity of the rooms, the free 1pm check-in option, and that the staff remember you. The free coffee is served in a sunny TV room and shared in the same space as the check-in office. Parking is adjacent to the outside entryway to the rooms, so it makes getting to your car very convenient and quick. Will stay here again.

The main issue was that it was cold and windy weather outside. I could feel the draft through the door. Looking at the door to the outside it had light coming through between the door and door frame. On the positive side , the room was clean and prepped well.
