"Ti Kaye was the best resort my husband and I have stayed in in our 20 years of marriage. The employees were always friendly and accommodating, the bungalow with the large porch was fabulous, the food everyday was fabulous and we loved the rotating menu, the app for making reservations and ordering food was super convenient, and it had more things included in the all-inclusive package then we found anywhere else. We will be going back for sure!!"

"Me and my family had the best time at Coconut bay! Every employee was so nice and accommodating, the food was very good and lots of fun things to do on the resort for kids. The only downside is the main beach is the Atlantic Ocean which we found the waves were too rough to go in and enjoy the water, but that’s not the resorts fault. The resort itself was beautiful, highly recommend staying here :)"

"My wife and I had an incredible stay at Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, in the luxury beachfront one-bedroom, and it truly exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, and the overall stay was nothing short of amazing. What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. "The resort was truly fantastic! The staff were so attuned to the guests' needs that they anticipated what you might desire or need, and were always happy and friendly. The grounds and accommodations were impeccably kept, from the very comfortable bed with the array of pillows and options for additional other pillows to suit one's needs as well as the plentiful fluffy towels, wonderful soaking tub, rainfall shower inside the private unit as well as the outdoor rainfall shower in the private patio area with the refreshing private waterfall plunge pool and hammock. Loved the private outdoor patio area with the private bar and well-stocked refridgerator which was restocked daily with all beverages of one's choice. The butler cabintet for room service deliveries was fabulous for breakfast as well as any other meals or snacks when one did not wish to dine at their fine restaurant and desired a little private dining experience. The sunset cruise was magical and the kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking options were so fun in the gorgeous Caribbean waters Truly recommend this resort and LOVE that it was so convenient to the airport, our stupendous butler had pina coladas greeting us at our arrival, which took 6 minutes from the airport - that is the type of vacation oasis that we needed!!! Cannot recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay enough!!!!"

"We spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly relaxing and welcoming stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
