30m² loft studio with a private balcony overlooking the Anglas mountain. The living area includes a television, a sofa bed for two, and a dining area. There is also a kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The entrance area has a sleeping alcove with bunk beds for two. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a mirror. The toilet is separate.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction of covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.

Tourist tax: current rate per night per person aged 18 and over. Optional services available at preferential rates: linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

End-of-stay cleaning is not included and remains the responsibility of the tenant. If the tenant does not wish to do this, they can opt for the cleaning service (excluding washing dishes, taking out the trash, and making the bedding).
