Cottage of 110 m2 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room with fireplace, 30m2 terrace with 1000 m2 of land available.
The apartment is fully furnished, fitted kitchen, TV + internet.
It is 25 minutes away. from the island of Oleron, Royan, 30 minutes. from La Rochelle, 5 minutes. de Rochefort Sur Mer and its Spa, L´Hermione, one of the most beautiful market in the Charentes.
Within a radius of 30 km. you can do all kinds of water sports like terrestes, there are hundreds of bike trails.

Sejour très agréable, maison spacieuse, confortable et tres bien équipée, au calme. Nous n'avons pas ete gênés par la route, au contraire de ce que l'on peut lire dans cerrains avis. Double vitrage tres performant. Accueil parfait et tres convivial des propriétaires, tres sympathique et pédagogue. Nous sommes ainsi allés aux bonnes adresses. Situation idéale entre Rochefort / Fouras et Marennes. Nous conservons l'adresse et reviendrons si nous en avons l'occasion. Avis unanime des trois couples.

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Nous avons passé ce week-end en famille dans cette location très propre et très agréable . Bien située car en retrait en campagne mais à 1/4 de rochefort sur mer et à distance correctes pour visiter les alentours (Marennes - Brouage - Fort Louvois - Ile d'Oléron ) et déguster d'excellentes huitres et moules. Location à conseiller vous ne sera pas déçus. Cordialement

Vacances la rochelle, Rochefort, île d'orléon

Très bon séjour dans la région de la rochelle. le logement est à proximité de nombreux commerce. Il est aussi bien placé pour visité la la rochelle, Rochefort, l'île d'orléon, l'île de Ré, Brouage. La plage la plus proche n'est par contre un peu boueuse et pas très approprié pour la baignade. Cependant, il y a de nombreuses plages à proximité (25 min) qui sont protégées des vagues par les îles et qui conviennent pour les jeunes enfants. Pour faire des activités comme le body surf, il faut se rendre un peu plus loin sur l'île d'orléon (40 min), mais ça reste raisonnable. Le propriétaire est disponible et partage ces connaissances sur les bons plan locaux ce qui facilite et améliore le séjour. Coté logement, pas de remarque particulières, il est bien équipé, quelques frelons de passage le soir, 110 m2 de plein pieds (seulement 4 marches pour arrivée en terrasse, cf photos), la route a proximité s'entends un peu le soir mais pas la nuit et ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.
