"It was very clean. The room and facilities were beautifully kept and very new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "This was such an amazing room with everything you could possibly need. The private onsen was beautiful. They left complimentary drinks and PJ's too. Our only regret was that we only stayed 1 night. "

"Perhaps there is a Dinosaur museum at the same county, decoration at the first floor full of color of dinosaurs, and a big in door playground, kids definitely love it. There are free rental badminton racket, tennis racket, and even bicycle for guest. Onsen are comfortable with total of 4 choices (for man). Overall family friendly stay over."

"The city itself seems dead. Very few tourists. Hotel, There is a few employees working, therefore response is very late."

"I have tried my best to contact the property via different means, including email them, message them via Expedia and contact via the Expedia agent, But they didn’t respond at all!!!!"

"Old facilities. Dinner buffet is ok, lots of choices of food. "
