GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the entire apartment and secure backyard, except bedrooms not booked. Access will only be provided to beds/bedrooms that are booked and paid for as per below.
1-2 guests = 2 x king single size electric adjustable bed (made up as one bed)
3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 and 1 double bed
5 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and 1 single bed)
6 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and 1 single bed, and 1 trundle bed)
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If any additional bedroom or beds are needed/used they will be charged as per rules above, $65 per person per night.
Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night). Cot available upon request, charges apply
3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years

HOUSE RULES (agree to when booking)
- Access only to bedrooms/beds paid for (view Guest Access)
- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid cleaning charges
- Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
- Pets not allowed in bedrooms, living room or on furniture, they're only allowed on vinyl areas. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges

The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.
