"Lovely rooms and amazing Roman baths"

"We booked this hotel because they boast onsite parking in the centre of Cordoba which we paid for in our booking. When we checked in we were told by the reception staff that the hotel parking was full and we had to find alternative space. They gave us a map pointing out other parking garages in the area which were all also full so we were left to our own devices, ultimately finding space in the public car park south of the river after 20 minutes of driving around. The location is great but if you have a car then be prepared for unexpected stress."

"Nice new hotel close to the old city. Stylish rooms. Service was average and no one ever picked up the room service number. They refused to deliver a beer to the pool area, asking me to come down to the lounge and take it, not really 5 star service "

"Yusuf was beyond exceptional in receiving us, and check in us in, his recommendations for our stay were exquisite and we very much enjoyed them! He really made the our stay more great!"

"The room is relatively spacious, and the pool view is very nice. The two windows make the space feel bright and relaxing. Overall, it is quite clean, although I did notice a small ant on the bed when packing up. The hot tub is easy to use and heats up quickly. The toilet area and elevator are a bit on the smaller side. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage, directions, and taxis. There was one interaction regarding check-out time that could have been more welcoming."

"This hotel needs investment, fittings are tired. we stayed in room 101 which is to be avoided, it is noisy, there is a cafe with outdoor seating next to the windows which offers no privacy. It is in a great location but there are more value for money alternatives. "
