Summary:

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for larger families or group getaways. The home is also equipped with a wheelchair ramp for added accessibility. Each of the three bedrooms features one queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV with satellite service, providing plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. The master bathroom includes a relaxing garden tub and separate shower, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. The living area provides a welcoming gathering space with a couch, loveseat, and TV with satellite and DVD player. Just off the main living room, you’ll also find an additional sitting area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The dining room features two tables and a fireplace, creating a wonderful space for shared meals and conversation. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils to make meal preparation easy during your stay. Includes a large front deck or enjoy the outdoors from the screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing comfortably without the bugs.

The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

🐾Pet Policy: Dog-friendly cabin (nightly pet fee applies).

🔑 Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent.

🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. However, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.
