Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin, screened porch, deck, and private dock. There is parking for two vehicles and space to unload kayaks or paddleboards. Keyless entry allows for easy self check in. The dock can accommodate a small boat.



The Neighborhood:

The cabin is located in a quiet cove on Lake Martin, perfect for floating, swimming, and relaxing on the water. Within a short drive or boat ride you will find popular waterfront spots like Kowaliga Restaurant, The Landing at Parker Creek, and The Social at Lake Martin. Groceries and supplies are available in nearby Eclectic or Alexander City, and hiking trails and lake attractions are within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A car or boat is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Parking is available on site, and marinas, restaurants, and shops are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Ride share options are limited, so plan transportation in advance.



Other Things to Note:

- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

- Children should be supervised near the water at all times.

- Life jackets are provided. Please bring properly fitted vests for young children.

- No parties or events allowed. Exterior cameras monitor the entry areas for safety.

- Lake levels fluctuate seasonally and water depth at the dock may vary.
