A holiday rental for 6 people, ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Caux, near the Manoir de Catel—a historic landmark—and 28 km from Fécamp. This brick-and-flint house features a large garden (2,000 m²) where you can enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in the countryside with the whole family. A chicken coop at the back of the garden is sure to delight the little ones. The cottage is located right next to an active farm (no animals, only grain crops), 10 minutes from the Yvetot train station, close to access points for the A29 and A150 highways, and 20 minutes from the ocean (Fécamp 28 km, Etretat 45 km). The owners do not allow smoking inside the house, and parties are not permitted. Please note that this holiday rental is not all-inclusive: certain amenities are subject to additional charges (electricity allowance of 10 kW/day; firewood provided for the wood-burning stove). Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival; bath towels are also provided. Just bring your own bath towels and tea towels. On the ground floor: - entry into the living area: - open kitchen with a snack table and 2 bar stools (convection oven, microwave, single-bowl sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle), - living room, 130cm TV, - large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm). closet, - laundry room (washing machine), - half-bath with sink, - bathroom with walk-in shower (100x120cm), 2 sinks. Upstairs (attic): - landing, - bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that can be pushed together (beam at a height of 1.75 m at the entrance), - bedroom with one double bed (140x190 cm) (crossbeam at a height of 1.75 m), - toilet with sink. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. Outdoors: - terrace, patio furniture, barbecue, lounge chairs. Enclosed area with a few chickens and the owner’s small vegetable garden.
