Located in Eddyville, KY on beautiful Lake Barkley, this lakefront house is a dream. Sitting on the property of Eddy Creek Marina Resort, this home overlooks Eddy Bay with gorgeous views on the water. The house has 4 bedrooms including two rooms with Twin over Full bunk beds and a jack 'n jill full bathroom upstairs. The lower level offers a room with 2 queen beds and a master suite with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with a full bathroom ensuite. There is plenty of space for guests to unwind upstairs in the open concept great room/dining room and kitchen all with large windows overlooking the marina. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Included in this rental is use of the resort pool and beach areas. Enjoy the outdoors on the large screened in porch while you kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lake Barkley and our house has to offer.

Perfect Family Retreat

We rented this house for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was better than we expected. We loved sitting on the porch and the kids loved having the pool steps away. We also rented from the marina- everyone was so kind and helpful and we truly felt their hospitality! They were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks for letting us make memories in your place!

Our Eddyville vacation

I'll start by saying that overall, we had a great time. The communication ahead of time and the check-in process couldn't have gone any smoother. The house is mostly great, with a few things that we all thought would be nice additions to really improve it. More on that later.We rented a boat one day and that was a blast. We all had fun doing that. But the pool saved the day. It was ungodly hot during our stay and the pool, which is right by the house, was absolutely a godsend.We went to Echo Charlies one night for dinner and had a great time, great food, and a lot of laughs.Everybody I dealt with at Eddyville Marina was incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. So the few things in the house didn't spoil our vacation, but here's what I heard from my guests:There were two less beds than advertised. There was no hairdryer and some of the girls would've preferred if one had been there. There was no toaster. The plumbing in the upstairs bathroom that is shared by the two bedrooms needs a little maintenance. The toilet backed up two times and took Some strenuous plunging to finally get it opened up. And everybody said it would be nice if there was an end table or a night table in the bedrooms and shelving units in the Bathrooms so there would be some space for everybody's toiletries.But, aside from those items, I give it 5 stars and we all said, with those few improvements, we would love to do it again!Thank you Mandy, for everything!Neil
