Home is beautiful, loads of space and plenty of supplies to support your stay.We hosted a business retreat here and it was perfect for the 15 of us, rooms for 20 easily.Quite neighborhood and beautiful views with lots of wildlife out back.

Great place!

The house accommodated all my guests for my wedding party. It’s a beautiful home with nice views of the valley. We had quick responses when we had questions. Would stay here again if I had another group gathering!

Great family together time

This is the third year we have stayed at the property. Everyone loves it. We’re close to the reservoir and Ogden. Lots of space to play. Beds for everyone.

Large family Christmas

Excellent overall! Made for a special family Christmas. Location ideal for winter play! Home spacious & comfortable & filled with all the “extras” for food prep and hygiene. Property manager very reactive when needed. Would definitely do again!

Family Get Together

The location was outstanding. The place was ok.The size was perfect for our family get together. FYI;the vents were very dirty. The freezer handle door loose and came off while we were there. Listing needs updating, the barn was listed but no barn.

Great Place

We had a family ski reunion, the VBRO was perfect except location, a little far from the resort, about 30 minutes. Other than that we enjoyed the place. The hot tub could have used a good cleaning, the garage was to cold to use the e-games. Someone came in during the day with out any announcement, one of our group was in the lower level had heard someone walking around, that was a little concerning

Fantastic Family Reunion Location

We rented this property for a week for a family reunion with five total families including children. Property was well maintained with great amenities and space. Location was excellent with a good size yard that kids could play in. Garage had several arcade style games that the kids love to play. They also have a ping pong table in the garage as well as a cement sports court with basketball and pickleball. We had a small problem with the air conditioner, but the host was extremely responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to stay here!

Sibling reunion

My sibs and I got together to celebrate my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. We were able to make beautiful meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The location is gorgeous! The view from the balcony is so calm and serene. I also loved the office. Unfortunately, I had some homework to do. I opened up the office windows to let the fresh mountain air in and I was able to do my STATS homework to the sounds of bird song. Not a bad way to go! The home is located 10 minutes to Pine View Res and 15 minutes to North Fork hiking trails.

We really loved this house!! We have a big family and had plenty of space for sleeping, and doing other activities, the eating space was adequate, but because of our large group we ended up using the covered deck for more eating space. The yard was great for the kids to play games, the pickleball / basketball court was a hit for all ages. It was clean and had plenty of extra bedding, mattresses, and towels. We loved the big fridge and a huge freezer, we were able to put all of our perishables in. It had a great pantry stocked with cleaning supplies. It was ideal for our family and we would definately come back!!The host was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and was easy to talk to.
