"Overall a good stay with great service, location, and facilities. The staff are very professional. That said, I'm disappointed about two things. First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were complimentary. Clearer communication on member benefits and mini-bar pricing is needed."

"I travel quite often, and Verdi Hotel has been one of my most memorable stays. The place is spotless, and Mr. Amit Rai’s ENTIRE stay is extremely helpful. Maite, the Chef, prepared special delicious food to accommodate my food allergies. My stay was for two weeks, I enjoyed it so much I could had stay longer."
