"This was the second time we stayed at a property owned by Robert. In both cases, the rentals were beautifully restored historic homes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Robert communicates clearly and concisely. We would definitely rent with Robert again."

"Pleasant stay. Nice hotel manager. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Small pedestal sink in bathroom, so kind of difficult to get do makeup and hair. Overall it’s a perfect place to stay in Maquoketa."

"The staff was very helpful on check in. Check out was just a key drop. The room and bathroom were clean and average size. The thing that needs work is the landscaping. It needed mowed and there were weeds growing all around the curbing and taller than the curbing."

"Location was great and was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pond and enjoyed s'mores by the firepit. Plenty of room for them to run around and explore.The place was a little dirty but overall we enjoyed our stay and Steve was wonderful to work with. He even recommended some great restaurants to try."
