"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Der Aufzug war defekt, was für eine mit mir reisende Seniorin nicht ideal war. Das Licht im Zimmer war defekt. Dies wurde nach Anruf bei der Rezeption am folgenden Tag repariert. ich fände es trotzdem schön, wenn so etwas vor Übergabe an den Gast geprüft würde. Die Angabe bzgl. Rezeption "täglich von 14:30 Uhr bis 03:00 Uhr besetzt" bei Expedia ist falsch. Die Rezeption ist Abends gar nicht besetzt, sondern man muss anrufen. Leider hat das Hotel nicht im Vorfeld den Code für die Tür und den...
