Gleaming hardwood floors throughout. Beautiful outdoor space. Secluded yard gives privacy while relaxing on mahogany back. The attached patio with gas fire pit offers additional lounging space. Fenced-in outside shower.1st floor laundry room. Newly renovated bathroom w/marble floor/walls. Large windows for light and fresh air. Kitchen features new stove & microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ceiling fan. All mattresses are brand new (Simmons). 1st bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed with a half bathroom. 3rd room has 2 twin beds.
