  • Quintessential South Beach Vineyard vacation home on 1.5 private acres. This home is a short walk to South Beach, close to the bike path and just a short ride into the village of Edgartown. This home backs on 200 acres of conservation land known as Katama farm. The back of the property abuts the walking path! Follow the path and see the wild flower filled fields complete with grazing cows. The most perfect place on the planet!
