Sheepscot Harbour Vacation Club is comprised of 7 units and is located within Sheepscot Harbour Village and Resort on the bank of the Sheepscot River in Edgecomb, Maine.

The Studio Condo Unit #207 is located on 1st floor of the Lodge Building. It has an open concept living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a private full bathroom.. Sleeping arrangements are a queen size bed and queen size sleep sofa. There is no view of the harbor.

**Security deposit of $150.00 for all reservations is processed by credit card.
