Swinomish Casino & Lodge
Attractive and clean, room and bathroom were great. Great value. They are currently remodeling some restaurant kitchens which limited the menu and service when we stopped in for breakfast. Casino was bright and pleasant but we were more into the lodging side of things.

Breakfast menu and food was good and service excellent. B=Town restaurant was excellent and comfortable, Excellent staff. Outdoor seating/fire pits wonderful.

Oxford Suites Bellingham
The staff is amazing here, in every way. However the lower floors smelled like urine (they moved us to a higher floor which helped). The rooms window latch was broken so we couldn’t open the window.

We come down from BC half a dozen times a year and always stay at the Best Western Plus. The location is very convenient, it’s right off the I-5, and unlike so many other hotels that are off the highway in Bellingham, you don’t have problems with homeless people on drug addicts here. Anacortes Ship Harbor Inn
Nice place to stay; probably should've stayed another night, but had to catch the ferry to San Juan Island. Breakfast was okay, room probably would've been better if we had utilized the kitchen. We had some confusion about how parking was supposed to work between rooms.
