From location to the room (even what they call a value rom was better than my room at the expensive Borgata hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel and even your kids will have a ball. "Right on the boardwalk/beach. We enjoyed the partial ocean view room with balcony. There are two buildings. We stayed in the one right off the boardwalk. The other building is right across the street and also has a pool. We parked at the other building one night after coming back from dinner and there were no spots under our building. No big deal. Boys 9 and 7 loved the pool. I liked that the indoor pool opens right into the outdoor pool. The pool bar was a nice plus. We also had the breakfast daily. Breakfast was early. It ends at 9:30am so it forced us to start our day early. Nothing to rave about. They had eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, juice coffee. They had oatmeal and yogurt so that was enough for me. Kids had their fill of orange juice. Hotel was clean, great location, nice pool, rinse area before entering hotel was great. Nice to be able to get the sand off. We walked out twice for dinner. And I need to mention the water pressure of the shower. I will come back for the shower pressure! I have to mention that this visit was much much better than our visit here two years ago at the Howard Johnson. Will come back again!"

"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. Anyway, these were minor issues, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
