Every employee with whom we had contact during our stay was so friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have the whole staff committed to making their guests feel so welcomed."

"Just not a Hilton quality hotel. Needs a lot of updating. Grungy and outdated. When I entered my room - no desk chair, no floor lamp, no refrigerator - had to have it all brought to me, which they did. My biggest complaint is that the outdoor bar/restaurant closes at 5pm or 6pm every day. I was told at the desk that they even do that in the Summertime, so that guests use the inside restaurants. When I am at the beach, I want to be outside to eat and drink and not in some inside dingy overpriced restaurant."
