This is the only hotel in literally a hundred miles or more than doesn't require a deposit. The nightly rate is cheaper than anywhere I've been before. The place needs a ton of work. However, it was clean, the staff was nice, and I felt safe here. So, you can't beat it. Considering the location and cost.

Room was overall very good. Clean, no smells. AC great. Hot water good. Comfortable bed and linens. It's at a busy interstate intersection. Exterior is average, but fine for the value and good room condition. And there's a taco restaurant across the driveway.

This property does NOT offer an “on the go” breakfast, not even coffee is available, in spite of both Expedia and the ABV website saying that they do. Room was generally clean, but saw numerous German Cockroaches. No amenities, bring your own shampoo! Staff was pleasant and friendly. This stay was not a good value.

Much better than expected

Better than average budget motel. The front desk was friendly, and the room was surprisingly clean, with even some decorative touches like a toilet paper bow :) I left a tip for the cleaning crew because they did such a great job. Even though the motel looks a bit run down on the outside, my room was nice. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, and the tv worked. The bathroom had plenty of great-smelling soap and shampoo (some budget motels are stingy with the soap and shampoo, but not this one). I feel like a got a good deal.
