"Lovely experience staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful! A big welcoming smile goes along way! Our room was dated but it was clean and accommodated us and our 4 children which was why we specifically booked this hotel as many hotels request multiple rooms to be booked and that’s never really in the budget. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and LOVED the free cookies at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again. Thankyou! "

"The only complaint I had was our housekeeper took our snacks: KitKat bar and pretzels (both new in packages, they were on the counter near the coffee machine) I found that very odd. "

"The staff was amazing including the maintenance guy. The breakfast was great, always coffee available and there was a water bottle fill station. Rooms were very comfortable and we could not here the kids play in the hallway. "

"Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed. No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay). Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice. Would definitely choose to stay again. "
