THE SPACE

A quick stroll to Beach Access 32. No shuttles. No hassle. Just sand between your toes while your morning coffee is still hot.

SLEEP SITUATION
Two queen bedrooms anchor the house, and a dedicated kids' bunk room with twin over twin and trundle means the little ones get their own zone. Two full bathrooms round things out. One has a walk in shower, the other a tub combo, and there's an outdoor rinse station for washing off the salt and sand.

THE OUTDOOR SCENE
This is where Fort Myrtle earns its reputation. A shaded downstairs entertainment lounge with bar seating, a double swing, cornhole, bocce, oversized Jenga, and a hammock strung between the oaks. Two spacious decks give you a sunrise perch and an evening cocktail view (or use both, we don't judge). Fire up the Weber charcoal grill or go full Lowcountry with the included propane burner and stock pot for a proper boil.

GEAR YOU WON'T NEED TO PACK
Beach chairs, umbrellas, a Cool Cabana shade tent, a hauling wagon, fishing rods, riding toys for the kiddos, and towels are all here waiting. Travel light. Vacation hard.

Whaley's is right up the road when hunger hits. Bay Creek Park, the Edisto Marina, and public shoreline access are all within arm's reach. Want a city day? Charleston is 45 minutes north with historic downtown, world class dining, galleries, and seasonal events.

BOATERS AND ANGLERS WELCOME
Generous trailer parking on site with easy access to the marina, tidal creeks, inshore fishing, and nearby island hopping. Chase redfish and trout in the morning, watch the sky turn colors from the water that evening. Pack your vessel and make it a trip.

PARKING AND ACCESS
Room for four vehicles plus boat trailer accommodations. Self entry via lockbox keeps arrival simple and stress free.

GOOD TO KNOW
Bed linens and bath towels should be brought from home or rented locally (we will connect you with a provider). Golf carts are permitted on the property but rented separately per Town of Edisto Beach guidelines. Supply your own toiletries, paper products, and charcoal or propane for grilling. One small to medium dog welcome with prior approval.
