  • One of Edisto’s Best! Gramling is a charming coastal retreat located on the corner of Dockside and Jungle Road in the very heart of Edisto. This elevated, single-level home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Just moments from the beach, Gramling is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Edisto has to offer.

    The kitchen and living room are the center of the home, featuring an open and comfortable space for gathering, cooking, and enjoying time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for meals at home. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor dining area and grill, or rinse off after a day at the beach with the convenient outdoor shower, all located under the home. The home also features WIFI, TVs, central air, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, and ample parking for a comfortable stay.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms both have queen sized beds, with a second full bathroom serving the guest rooms. Linens are provided.

    Gramling is pet-friendly for 2 housebroken, flea-treated, well-behaved dogs. Please note that this is a single-level elevated home with no elevator. Guests are expected to follow all Edisto Beach rules and regulations, including occupancy and parking requirements.This property is licensed by the Town of Edisto Beach as a vacation rental.
