Welcome to "Livin' Is Easy" at Edisto Beach, SC! Escape to paradise in our stunning 2243 sq ft vacation home, ideally situated directly across the street from beach access. With ocean views and a private heated pool, this two-level haven offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Open the door to a spacious open floor plan: Enjoy plenty of room to relax and entertain with a newly renovated primary kitchen and access a second full kitchen downstairs. We have 5 Bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms to accommodate your whole group with 4 king beds and a room with 3 twin beds. The master bedroom suite boasts access to a screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Modern Amenities: Stay comfortable with A/C, ceiling fans in every room, and 2 sets of private washer and dryers. The 3 televisions are set up with Roku for streaming your favorite movies and sports.
Outdoor Living: Delight in the screened-in porch upstairs with rockers to relax and watch the ocean, and a large open porch downstairs with wall-mounted fans to keep the breezes flowing, a gas grill to serve up the most tasty delicacies, a patio to cook up your own Low Country Boil. Also you can enjoy a family size table and chairs, with large rockers for relaxing after your meal with an outside heated shower to rinse the sand off before jumping into your private pool.

Your bed linens and towels are provided for you, including the pool towels.You need only bring your clothing , food and personal items. We are glad to provide these items for your stay, but please return all towels to the property. Missing or lost towels will result in a $50 fee/missing towel charged back to your account.

You will stay connected to friends and family with T-Mobile WiFi throughout the home.

Pool Heating Information for the cooler months - October - March:
Additional Charge: To heat the pool, there is an additional $150.00/day heating charge with a minimum of 2 days heating to assist with the fuel cost.
Notice Required: Please provide 2 days notice prior to your stay in order to prepare the pool.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove the sheets on the beds and leave them in the middle of the beds.
Place all soiled towels on the bathroom floors.
Place the keys back into the lockbox next to the crab door and secure the lockbox. Safe travels getting home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Livin' Is Easy is a very comfortable updated house with a great, layout for family interaction. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool is very refreshing. Plenty of easy parking as well. Great family vacation.

This is a lovely, well maintained home that was equiped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach! We enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when we return to Edisto.

Great vacation home

This is a beautiful and spacious home in a great location. The beach is right across the street with easy access. Our kids loved the pool! I would 10/10 recommend renting this home.

Perfect vacation

Everything about the house was great. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. 100 yards to the ocean, great pool, and even had enough space to park our boat. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic House

We loved our stay at Livin’ is Easy! The king bed in the 4 mains rooms was the main reason we booked the home for our grown family. The ac worked GREAT. The pool was also very relaxing after a day on the beach. There was plenty of room to hang out in the house, on the screened in porch, and under the house. Will definitely consider booking this home again next year!

Beach Trip with Friends 2024

This house was awesome! the rooms were great. There was an unexpected surprise that a pool had been built after we had booked our stay. Fans were added downstairs outside so it was nice to relax there or by the pool. Everything you would need was there for the kitchen upstairs and an extra smaller kitchen with another refrigerator was a great bonus! the beach access was literally across the street. perfect spot for a huge vacation with family and friends.
