  • Make yourself at home in this brilliant 4 bedroom , pet friendly (with small pet fee) Edisto Beach retreat. Everything you need in a home away from home . Well stocked with linens included. With 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 full bed and twin daybed in bedroom 2, and twin bunks along with a single bed in bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed decorated in a coastal theme. This home has a phenomenal space for guests to relax with lower level screened porch, outdoor shower, and fenced back yard. Enjoy an updated hvac unit , 2 full baths with tub/ shower, and hair dryers, towels and linens provided. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located on main floor of then home with laundry supplies provided. A short 2 minute walk to direct beach access # 12. We think our place will help you experience everything Edisto Beach has to offer. Minimum age for rentals of this property is 25 (you may be asked to verify age of renter) and absolutely no adult renting under age guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING!
