Gorgeously situated at the edge of a lagoon among the pines and palmettos, this newly renovated and well stocked two-story townhome is fully immersed in the serene beauty of Edisto Beach. This home is also part of the Wyndham Resort, where you can enjoy access to an outdoor pool with a seasonal bar, playground and mini-golf for the kids, a fitness center, tennis courts, lovely bike paths, and a coffee shop, with an 18-hole public golf course down the road (discount available on golf). This rental INCLUDES the Wyndham amenity pass- a true rarity in Edisto rentals. GOLF CART available with additional contract !
Two dual master king suites with bathrooms are perfect for two couples or a multigenerational family with a separate bunk room.
The playground and main pool are a VERY short walk (0.1 miles) and this is the perfect location for families with kids!
The beach is a 1.0 mile bike ride with dedicated parking for people within the Wyndham.
Bedsheets and bath towels provided- just bring your beach towels!
